Shipments can be tracked online and are fully insured.
In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments may be subject to custom charges and taxes. All fees, taxes, VAT or other import duties are the full responsibilities of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a FULL 15-day money-back guarantee.
Simply e-mail us within 15 days of receiving your return authorization number (RAN) and instructions. Write the RAN Code under your name and return address on the outside of the package.

Send your return package back to us via your chosen shipping method. We recommend returns via your local post office. They are very reliable substantially cheaper than any express service. For order over $200.00 we recommend registered mail service which includes tracking.

Unless an error was made our part, return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the sender.

Please send the item back to us in original condition, inclusive the original packaging and gemstone certificate if applicable. For security reasons, DO NOT write "gemstones' or "Jewelry" anywhere on the package. After we receive your returned item and verified that your goods are in original condition, we process refunds in 1-3 business days upon receipt of your return.
